JTS is acclaimed for its proficiency in managing the intricacies of government construction contracts, offering services such as computer work, observation, analysis, and fiscal management recommendations. Jimale credits her achievements to the inspiration from her late father, Russell H. Holland. Among her numerous accomplishments, she particularly values the milestone of expanding her team to 25 employees, marking a significant evolution in the company’s growth trajectory.
